Who Handles it All
A New Heater, Installed Right the First Time
A new heater is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home, and the quality of the installation matters as much as the equipment. BOSH Home Solutions installs gas, oil, propane and electric heating systems across Bucks County, Montgomery County and Northeast Philadelphia.
We start with a free in-home estimate, size the system to your home, and walk you through your options in plain language, from a straight replacement to a conversion to a more efficient fuel. Then our own team installs it, tests it and shows you how everything works.
Heating Systems We Install
Furnaces
High-efficiency gas, propane, oil and electric furnaces for homes with ductwork.
Boilers
Hot water and steam boilers, including combination boilers and indirect water heaters.
Heat Pumps
Efficient heating and cooling in one system, ducted or ductless, including dual-fuel setups.
Furnace Installation
If your home has ductwork, a new furnace is often the most cost-effective way to heat it. Today’s high-efficiency gas furnaces turn far more of your fuel into heat than older models, and variable-speed blowers deliver steadier, quieter comfort.
We install furnaces from every major brand and most often recommend Carrier for its reliability, warranties and build quality. Every installation includes checking your ductwork, venting and gas line so the new furnace performs the way it should.
Most furnace replacements are done in a single day. We remove your old furnace, install the new one, test it from the thermostat to the flue, and show you how to change the filter and use your new controls.
Boiler Installation
Many Bucks County and Philadelphia homes are heated by hot water or steam boilers, and replacing one takes experience. We install gas and oil boilers for both hot water and steam systems, matched to your home’s radiators or baseboard and piping.
A new boiler is also a good time to add an indirect water heater that uses the boiler to make hot water, or to move to a high-efficiency gas boiler if you’re coming off oil.
Because every boiler system is piped differently, we look closely at your existing radiators, zones and piping during your free estimate, so the new boiler is sized and set up for the way your home actually heats.
Heat Pump Installation
A heat pump heats your home in winter and cools it in summer with one efficient system. It’s a strong choice when you’re replacing both a heater and an air conditioner, or moving away from oil.
We install ducted heat pumps for homes with ductwork and ductless mini-splits for additions, finished attics and homes without ducts. In colder weather, a dual-fuel system pairs a heat pump with a gas furnace that takes over on the coldest days.
We’ll look at your home’s insulation, layout and existing ductwork, and recommend a system that keeps you comfortable through a Bucks County winter, not just in mild weather.
Oil-to-Gas and Oil-to-Heat-Pump Conversions
If you’re tired of oil deliveries and tank maintenance, a conversion can lower your heating costs and free up space in your basement. If natural gas is available on your street, we can replace your oil furnace or boiler with a high-efficiency gas system. If it isn’t, a heat pump is often the best alternative.
We’ll explain the options, costs and timeline during your free estimate.
A conversion is more than swapping one unit for another. For oil-to-gas, we coordinate with your gas utility on the new service and install the new furnace or boiler and venting. For oil-to-heat-pump, we size the new system to your home and can keep your existing ductwork where it’s in good shape.
Many homeowners also use a conversion as the time to add central air. A heat pump handles both heating and cooling, and a new gas furnace can be paired with a new AC system in the same installation.
Signs It’s Time for a New Heater
Age
Your furnace or boiler is 15 to 20 years old or more.
Frequent repairs
You’re calling for service every winter.
Rising bills

Uneven comfort

Banging, rattling, or burning smells that keep coming back.
Moving off oil
You want to get rid of the oil tank and deliveries.
Why Proper Sizing Matters
A heater that’s too big or too small costs you money and comfort. That’s why we size every system to your home instead of copying the old unit.
Too big
Short cycles on and off, wears out faster, and leaves temperatures uneven.
Too small
Runs constantly and can’t keep up on the coldest days.
Sized right
Runs efficiently, lasts longer and keeps every room comfortable.
How we size it
We look at your home’s square footage, insulation, windows, layout and ductwork or piping.
